Despatch

Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours or sooner of being received and payment completed using third party carriers including Royal Mail and DPD.

Delivery Tracking

As soon as your order has been fulfilled and despatched you will receive an automatic notification, assuming you have provided an email address or mobile telephone number.

You will also receive a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery.

Please ensure you have someone available to receive your delivery or make arrangements with the courier to re-deliver when you will have someone available.

We do not accept returns or cancelled orders for orders that are unable to be delivered due to none being available to receive the delivery.

Free Delivery

If you opted for free delivery this will be sent via 2nd class Royal Mail Signed For or DPD. Orders shipped via Free Delivery are normally received within 48-72 hours from despatch.

Paid Shipping

Orders with paid shipping are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For or DPD. Orders shipped via Paid Shipping are normally received within 24-72 hours from despatch.
